[Nadav Shimoni] New trains to carry up to 4,800 passengers daily
Government is optimistic that commuters will be able to use the revamped railway line from Asoprochona to Tema from 1 July 2010.
The $16.5 million https://www.realtyhop.com/building/122-west-street-brooklyn-ny-11222 railway project is financed by the government of Ghana and supervised by an Israeli company Amandi Holding Limited.
The NADAV SIMHONI INVEST new line is expected to reduce the long hours commuters spend in queues and improve the overall rail transport system.
As part of the project, government has imported two new coaches each with a capacity of 660 passengers.
The coaches will commute passengers between the two points four times daily.

“We are going to do our best to make sure that we meet government's targets,” Mr Simhoni said stressing that government must be true to its promise to secure the necessary materials required for the project.
